This class introduces beginners to the Ashtanga practice, Mysore classes, and how it all works. Foundational breathing and basic postures will be explored. This class will offer space for questions, individual attention, and guidance that will prepare you for practicing independently and joining ongoing morning Mysore classes. Everything you learn here you can use and continue developing in your practice by attending any of the regularly scheduled classes during the month September.
