You will be introduced to the Ashtanga practice and what Mysore style class is. Foundational breathing and basic postures will be explored. This course will prepare you to participate in our ongoing Mysore program, and you will continue developing your practice by attending any of the regularly scheduled Mysore classes over the next 4 weeks.
Limited to three students. ALL LEVELS. No previous yoga experience required.
