In this series we will explore and refine positions and transitions from the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series using hatha yoga techiniques; breathing, internal seals, meditation, and rhythmic movement. You will build your practice progressively from one week to the next, and by the end of week four, you will have a firm foundation on which to continue your yoga practice. This is an ALL LEVELS workshop; open to both complete beginners as well as those with yoga experience.

- February 25th Inversions
